As we know, motor plays a vital role in our life and production, we also observed that many systems are use the form of linear motion, which was provided by a number of rotary motor and drive mechanism. This not only reduced the efficiency of the motor output, but also the complexity of system structure has brought down stability and control accuracy. Compared to rotary-motors, linear motors have obviously advantages in the field of linear drive. The linear motor’s structure is unique to the other motor, which is avoid the use of intermediate transmission, and makes the control system more simple and convenient, and the output of torque more powerful and efficient, at the same time, these advantages are conform to China’s energy conservation policy advocated by our government.Based on the platform of LMMZ-0020-075-00permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, firstly the paper analyzes the working principle and output characteristic of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, and it applies the vector control concept. Through the vector transformation method, it realizes the decoupling of flux and torque, so it establishes the mathematical model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on rotor field-oriented, and it uses Matlab/Simulink toolbox to build the simulation model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor. There are two key problems of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor control, rotor position detection and space vector pulse width modulation problems, which are put forward non-sensor position detection method based on rotor flux and pulse width modulation method of improved current space vector. Because the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is a system of nonlinear, coupling and time-varying parameters, the traditional control method can not achieve a good control performance. So this paper proposes the fuzzy-PID control method combining intelligent control, which takes position error and position error values change of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor as fuzzy input. Through the fuzzy inference decision-making, it adjusts the PID parameters in each control cycle.This paper designs the controller which takes TMS320F2812as the control core, and it analyzes the realizing method of each component circuit in controller. At the same time the paper uses Matlab/Simulink software to establish a mathematic model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, and it builds the simulation model of a servo system based on the fuzzy PID control, on the basis of which the experiment tests the control effect of controller. Seen from results, the control effect of servo system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on fuzzy PID control is better. Its performance is good:the response speed is less than250ms; the overshoot volume of system is less than5%; the position precision is high; the tracking performance is good; the anti-noise ability of system is strong.
