In recent years,as a new type of motor, Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor developed rapidly with the rapidly expand of the permanent magnetic materials, the electronic technology and the microelectronic technology. As one kind of new non-rope lift system,the vertical lift actuated by the Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor mainly applies in two aspects:the high-rise construction elevator and the mine hoist system. It will be a new developing and applicating direction in linear motor nowadays and future.Compared with the translation driven by the traditional revolving motor, Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor drive equipment directly omitting the mechanical Conversion and eliminate the physical limits of speed and acceleration of mechanical transmission completely. Linear motor has characteristics like long journey, low customary volume, high-precision, fast response,high speed and so on. These characters make the Permanent Magnetic Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM) having advantages in high efficient, large export moment, small and easy to control. However, faced with major challenges of theoretical and technical aspects, end effect, cogging effect and the fluctuations of the electromagnetic force caused by the sub-structure lead to low control precision,unsteady speed and torque pulsation.If such theoretical and technical problems can be solved, the vertical lifting model will have major breakthroughs . To study,the system has definite theory and social value.Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor has the merits which other motors are unable to compare.Based on the fellow apprentices and the female apprentices'research on open-loop's foundation,this paper did the next researches.Firstiy, its model, the procedure and the experiment debugged had been consummated and improved. Then,aimed at the open-loop unable to realize the real-time monitor and control, the electric current and the speed double closed-loop control were used in it and the simulation model was been built.At the same time, closed-loop procedure had been designed and the experiment debugging had been carried on.The SVPWM vector control was applied in the article, and the electric current and the speed closed-loop control structure was applied to suppress the low control precision,unsteady speed and torque pulsation in the movement process of the Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor.At the same time,this article mainly included the following analysis and researches:(1) This paper conducted deep research in problems such as low control precision,unsteady speed and torque pulsation appearred in the Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor control system. Considerring the PMLSM's working principle,the misalignment and the close coupling characters, the vector transformation was applied to decouple the motor and the model about the current closed-loop and the speed closed-loop was built to Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor.(2) Unioned the current closed-loop control structure,the speed closed-loop control structure and the SVPWM space vector pulse-duration modulation method,the closed-loop model according to the rotor flux linkage orientation control was built to Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor in MATLAB under the simulation toolbox's SIMULINK environment.(3) Improved the open-loop procedure, the open-loop experiment debugging was carried and the debugging results achieved the anticipated effect.(4) Compiled the closed-loop procedure to actuate the Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor, the closed-loop experiment debugging was carried on.
