Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor and Servo system based on PMLSM have been widely applied and studied, and they are new trend of advanced CNC equipments. But, research of PMLSM servo system was still in a backward position in our country. So, research of key control technologies for PMLSM servo system has great influence on domestication of linear motor drive system.This study takes GSK PMLSM servo system program as background, and selects flat type PMLSM servo control system as research object. With method which combines theoretical analysis, simulation and experiment, flat type PMLSM servo control method was mainly studied. The main contents of this thesis are as followed:(1)Based on the analysis of flat type PMLSM structure and operating principle, its electromagnetic and kinetic mathematical models were established, and corresponding simulation model was done in Matlab/Simulink environment.(2)The three close-loop structure of flat type PMLSM servo system based on FOC was introduced, and the simulation model of PMLSM servo system was established in Matlab/Simulink environment. The speed close-loop and position close-loop were analyzed by simulation with emphasis.(3)Aiming at improving slow dynamic response and large output overshoot of conventional PI speed controller for PMLSM servo system, a fuzzy adaptive PI speed controller was designed. The design process of fuzzy PI speed controller and PMLSM servo system based on fuzzy PI speed controller were introduced, and then simulation model was established in Matlab/Simulink environment.(4)Based on flat type PMLSM, the experimental platform for servo system was established. The hardware implementation and process of software design were introduced. The experiments of current loop, speed loop and position loop were carried out, and experimental results were compared with Simulink simulation results. The practical performance of fuzzy PI speed controller was verified and repeatability of PLMSM servo system was analyzed with emphasis.
