The PET plastic bottle has the following advantages: cheap, good transparency, good airtightness,good resistance to pressure,and easy to shape. It is widely used in the PackagingIndustry. And at the same time, the PET bottle blowing machine with the advantages ofhigh speed, high effect and high cost, which turn out to be the main developing direction ofthe bottling machine.So far, the domestic trading market already had many companies whichspecialized in the production ofthe PET bottle blowing machine,including ETEK GroupLimited,Guangzhou Tech-Long Packing Machinery Co., Ltd.They all produced differentThey have developed different types of hot filling and water filling the rotary blow moldingmachine. But because of the difference of the relative technology, the stability and theproduction of Single-mode yield in domestic is below, while the mould Open-Close camsystem and two finger-plate cam system owns the direct impact on the two aspects.this thesisstudies and optimizes these several cam system.The thesis will firstly concentrated on the Optimization method of high-speed situationscam system law of motion and high-speed cam, analyzing the cam mechanism motion law inhigh-speed situations, and bring the Optimal design theory into the High-speed camsystem.Then, the thesis also focused on the analyzing of theory on the mould Open-Closecam system of the rotary blow machine, and use the method of Vector analysis on theresearch of the cam system, deduced the relationship between Open-Close cam and moldopening and closing angle. and achieved the formation of thecam profile of the analyticalmethod through the Auto-CAD and Pro/Engineer respectively.Moreover, the thesis alsoresearched the two fingers plate cam profile, are discussed in detail thedesign requirements ofthe different segments of the profile curve, and spline interpolation method on the structure ofthe transition part of the finger plate cam profile,and then the light of curvature of the Beziercurve methodconstructed curve to optimize the adjustment. Finally, The paper studied therelationship between the mould Open-Close cam system and two finger-plate cam system,andconstructed the simulation model of the cam plate bodies by kinematics simulation module ofPro/Engineer, and kinematics simulation, comparison speed acceleration,select the most suitable mold opening and closing cam parameters. To this study, starting from each camsystem as a whole and between the rotary blow molding machine to optimize the design ofthe cam profile curve, thereby enhancing the smooth and single-mode output of the rotaryblow molding machine.Finally, through the above research, we finally drew the threecam profile of the camsystem, and applied them into the use of high-speed rotary blow molding machine, based onthe maintaining of smoothly and steady operate of the machine. The production of themachine has improved from the primary1500BPH to1800BPH, which has the practicalsignificance to the high-speed rotary blow molding machine’s design.
