Reinforced concrete is the main building materials in the engineering construction ofvarious countries, since1950s overseas has noticed the durability of concrete, the durabilitydisease of reinforced concrete structure, and a series of problems caused by the durabilitydeficiency of reinforced concrete structure, foreign scholars used "law of five times" todescribe the image of the importance of durability design of concrete structure vividly.Infrastructure construction accounting for a large proportion of the national economy is one ofthe present stage national conditions, so pay more attention to the concrete durability researchat present are particularly important.There has certain progress in the field of concrete structure durability research at homeand abroad, the research of durability of concrete structure should consider environment,material, structure and other factors, these factors can be divided into four levels, includeenvironment, materials, components and structure, In contrast, the research of materials andcomponents are more thorough, and the durability evaluation methods in the structure layeralso had a degree of research.Durability forecasting is not a precise science, the expectancy life of buildings and itscomponents sometimes is just a estimate based on information material. Analytical hierarchyprocess (AHP) decomposes complex problems into component factors, and these factorsdominating relations group formed by pass class time structure. The concept of fuzzy setprovides mathematical tool to describe the complexity of the things, so it is possible toevaluate complex things by using fuzzy comprehensive method. The fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method based on AHP, using the fuzzy relation synthesis principle, the grade ofmembership of things are assessed comprehensively from multiple factors, the characteristics,just can meet the needs of the concrete structure durability evaluation.Artificial Neural Network (Artificial Neural Network, ANN) is made of a large numberof processing unit (Neurons) which are widely interconnected, whick is abstraction,simplification and simulation to the human brain, reflect the basic characteristic of thehuman brain. Artificial Neural Network can be realized by physical devices, or usingexisting computer to simulate some structure and function of biology neural network, the network is in turn used in engineering or other areas, it can overcome the problems whickthe present computer or other system can’t solve, such as study, identification, control andexpert system, etc. It has the advantages of high precision and fast convergence rate to usingthe neural network method to assess structure durability, the calculating process is simple, itcan reflect the influence degree of the structure by the durability influence factors, so iteffectively improve the work efficiency and economic benefit, and at the same time it canavoid the human factors and environmental factors influence in the traditional evaluationmethod.In this paper, based on the Delphi programming language, add durability evaluationrelated parameters and the evaluation index on the basis of high-rise building structureanalysis visual processing software (SAGS), based on the AHP method and the BP algorithmto write the corresponding function and algorithm, write existing concrete structureserviceability durability evaluation system.
