In the context of global energy crisis and environmental protection requirements, energyconservation has become a consensus among the countries in the world. It has been widelyrecognized that LED lighting is energy-efficient and environmental protection, and it has beenwidely applied in the field of street lighting. However, the expensive LED street lighting system and its lag development managementsystem can not satisfy the requirements of modern lighting, which has been hindered thefurther promotion and application of high-power LED lights.Based on the above background, a new type of high-power LED street lights system withDC power supply is applied in this article. In the system, a high power supply in the supplysub-networks concentrates to supply DC voltage to a number of street lamps around, whichcan reduce the cost of LED street lighting system. For the above street lighting system, the management system is researched and designed.Firstly, the LED luminous flux model under pulse condition is established through theoreticalanalysis and experimental verification. Therefore, the duty cycle of the pulse current fordimming can be derived from the expected percentage of output brightness of the lamp, whichprovides the basis for the dimming algorithm. Secondly, considered the particularity of theDC power supply system power LED street lamp, its fault response system is researched anddesigned, including identifying fault, analyzing fault, response of fault priority and by-stagetracking management, it will contribute to rapid fault recovery and improve the systemefficiency and management level. And then, the system flowchart and three key technologiesof the system, database application, data communication and file application, are introduced. Finally, the system interface is detail described. The management system requires that it can clearly show the operation of the system, and can send commands to make the system run as required. Once fault occurred, it canquickly identify, analyze and locate, and send an alarm to remind the operator to respondquickly. And each fault is managed and tracked by stage, which can reduce failure recoverytime, improve management efficiency, and better satisfy the public demand for lighting.
