As the basic public facilities of the city,urban street lamps play an important role in the lives of residents.At present,the huge street lamp field lacks an effective real-time monitoring system and a scientific management system,resulting in inefficient management of street lamps,serious energy waste,and untimely fault location.In order to improve the management efficiency of street lamp system,realize the visualization and intelligent management of street lamps,and scientifically save energy,this paper proposes and implements a smart street lamp management system based on GIS(Geographic Information System).The street lamp management system adopts the "street light terminal + concentrator + cloud server +smart phone" mode,bringing a new design concept for street lamp management.Aiming at the street lamp terminal,the LED drive management integrated power supply design scheme is proposed to solve the phenomenon that the high-pressure sodium lamp or the ordinary LED light source can not be controlled as a terminal,which provides a possibility for centralized control and management of the street lamp.The communication system is an important part of the management system.It proposes a communication design scheme between the street lamp terminal and the concentrator,between the concentrator and the cloud server,between the cloud server and the smart phone,and prepares a special communication protocol.The design and implementation management functions of all modules of the smartphone client management system are proposed and implemented.After the mobile phone software of the street lamp management system is put into operation,the road lighting quality and service level have been further improved,ensuring the lighting efficiency and equipment integrity rate of the whole city.The dimming technology realizes energy saving on the energy-saving lamp,and the real-time monitoring and matching algorithm is realized.Street lamp faults are quickly located.The management system framework adopts a three-layer distributed structure of a mobile phone client,a cloud server,and a street light terminal,and completes uplink data transmission and downlink command release through cooperation between the three layers of structures.The GIS technology is used to organically combine the graphic management system and the data management system to realize the streetlight management geographic information system.Through the development of the Gaode map API(Application Program Interface),the real-time running status and street lamp fault information are displayed.The system includes a GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)communication module,a geographic information module,a timing switch light module,an AC/DC current and voltage data fittingmodule,and a dimming module of the street light terminal.Finally,the software of the street lamp management system was simulated and tested.The results show that the street lamp management system realizes the expected function.The running status of the street lamp on the map can accurately reflect the running status of the real street lamp.The fault location is fast and accurate,and the intelligent management of the street lamp is realized.The power saving rate of the high-pressure sodium lamp is 80%.
