Stuty On Traffic Divergence During Highway Expanding Construction

Along with economy of development, As the number of cars increases, Early Highways already do not conform to the use requirements, and lots of highways develop cracks, For these reasons, the number of Reconstruction projects has greatly increased. So the traffic jams during the period of construction is highly regarded. The key to the solution of all problems is to establish reasonable traffic divert alternatives in this paper.Combining with expanding construction of Tongji highway in Heilongjiang, use the Stochastic User Equilibrium model to divert vehicles on the construction road according to the actual situation of traffic congestion, aiming at making the traffic on the construction road normally operating. First, The traffic volume from the local transportation department is used to predict the current theory traffic volume of every path according to the linear growth rule. Secondly, The current theory traffic, which is calculated by the model, is analysed, and then the theory diverged results will be obtained. Thirdly, by contrasting the observed results of the actual traffic volume in every path with the calculated results from, the paper has verified the accuracy of the calculation and the rationality of the model.After verifying the distributary, the solution to distributary has been maken up according to the results. And the methods of traffic distributary and domestic traffic shunt under special circumstances have been worked out.
