Research On Safety Evaluation Methods Of CNG Fueling Station Storage Tank

With the industrialization and urbanization process of our country is speeding up,energy demand is strong and the contradiction between supply and demand ofresources becomes increasingly sharp. The pressure of environmental pollution alsorises apparently. Therefore, natural gas as a "high efficiency, low pollution" cleanenergy is becoming more and more widely used. This has brought great opportunitiesto the development of the CNG fueling station. In recent years, the number of CNGfueling station has been increasing in our country. However, due to dragging of CNGfueling station security management technology, the security problem of CNG fuelingstation becomes serious problems to solve urgently. Storage tank is one of the mainequipment of storage tank CNG fueling station, so it has very important significanceto study a kind of safety evaluation method which is scientific, reasonable and easy tounderstand to evaluate its safety conditions.In this paper, through comparison of CNG fueling station safety assessmentmethods at present, the safety evaluation model based on FTA/SCA was built from theactual operation situation. Using the method to make safety assessment of CNGfueling station storage tank, firstly, it needs to establish the CNG fueling stationstorage tank explosion fault tree to find out the major safety hidden dangers of thestorage tank. Then the safety evaluation index was determined considering fouraspects of factors including the equipment, personnel, rules and regulations andenvironment. The weight of each index was determined by the improved analytichierarchy process and the weight coefficient is modified through the clusteringanalysis method, so that the weight of the safety evaluation index is more objective.Then, each index was given a scientific assignment. The safety check list wasestablished in accordance with the relevant standards and accident cases. At last, thesafety evaluation software of CNG fueling station storage tank was developed torealize safety evaluation of CNG station storage tank automation. In order to verify the correctness of the evaluation model, the empirical researchwas conducted. Through the empirical research, the result shows this method ispractical and feasible.In this paper, preliminary exploration and research of the CNG fueling stationstorage tank safety evaluation were made. It has certain directive significance torealize safety management of CNG fueling station so as to avoid or reduce theoccurrence of accidents.
