In the face of the dual challenges of energy security and climate change,people are eager to find a new energy source that does not rely on fossil fuels.In the transportation field,which accounts for nearly half of the global demand for hydrogen energy,hydrogen energy is mainly used in fuel cell vehicles.As an important research direction to deal with the disadvantages of traditional fuel cell vehicles,many countries and organizations have been promoting the research and development and use of fuel cell vehicle industry.Hydrogen refueling station,as the infrastructure to provide energy for fuel cell vehicles,is accelerating its construction.In this paper,the risk assessment is carried out from the safety point of view of the refueling station.First introduced the preparation of hydrogen system and the way of storage and transportation,as well as the hydrogen station classification method,the content of the equipment structure,process flow,etc,and then to the field of hydrogen and high pressure hydrogen storage hydrogen station has carried on the risk evaluation and identification of hazards,including probability analysis and evaluation of two aspects,the main research contents and methods are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the concept and application of HAZOP method,LOPA method and hazop-lopa combined new semi-quantitative analysis method,and USES hazop-lopa method to analyze a case of an off-site hydrogen production station with high pressure hydrogen storage.(2)the use of HAZOP has carried on the preliminary scene recognition,on the basis of SHIPP method combined leakage protective layer and diffusion layer of a filling station,fire protection layer of the fault tree analysis,through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to identify the cause of failure of the main risk factors,and put forward the measures to reduce risk according to the results of the analysis and Suggestions.(3)this paper introduces the process of high pressure hydrogen leakage and the commonly used several kinds of real gas equation,through the theoretical model for calculating the high-pressure hydrogen leakage source parameters under different pore size and the pressure changes over time,using different real gas equation to modify theoretical model,the revised parameter curve fitting curve is compared with the experiment,determine what the actual gas equation is more suitable for high pressure hydrogen owe jet expansion process.(4)introduced the physical explosion,gas cloud explosion,jet fire,fireball these four kinds of common consequences of the concept and the relevant parameters of the calculation method,and respectively carried out a case study.Calculate the casualty radius of various consequences and determine which consequences have the greatest impact and what safety measures should be taken.(5)the severity and risk level of the consequences were evaluated in combination with the casualty radius of the consequences,and the assessment results were compared with the ALARP criterion.A series of detailed safety management measures are proposed for the accident scenarios and risk assessment results of the refueling stations.
