As the focus of research topic to the geotechnical engineering,water-rock interaction is important to the study of the stability of engineering rock-mass. And experimental research on mechanical characteristics of rock in different water conditions,which is a critical role of the water-rock interaction. The mechanical characteristics of rock is accurately mastering will be helpful for the design and safety forecast of the underground engineering. Based on preious studies and from the reference points of the suction time,this thesis was about to proceed a systematic research on the mechanical characteristics of dolomites with research methods of theory research,laboratory test,and constitutive model.The main content as follows:①The compositions and contents of dolomites were analyzed by the testing method as XRD in the dry conditions,and the crystals of dolomites were discussed by analysis mean of order degree;②The water conditions of dolomites in bibulous time different has change rule by the water-absorption experiments,also the bibulous time of the direct shear tests and the uniaxial compression tests were determined by it;③The direct shear strength,cohesion and internal friction angle of dolomites can be confirmed by the mechanical experiments shear tests in the dry and the different water conditions,and they change along with the changes of the water absorption,Coulomb of the bibulous time has been studied;The change about percentage of obvious humidity and different bibulous time,strength,mechanical parameters were got by the results of obvious humidity area on the rocks;④The wave speed(Vp) of dolomites in the dry and the different water conditions were measured,and the bibulous time,water absorption,strength and mechanical parameters has changed with Vp by increasing rate of Vp.Through their,the change law were know;⑤The stress-strain curves of dolomites can be confirmed by the uniaxial compression tests in the dry and the different water conditions,and the change of compression strength, elastic modulus, Poisson ratio with the water absorption were also got;Through defining the change of bibulous time as the damage variables,its variation law with the compression strength and elastic modulus were analyzed,when replacing the law with those,a new constitutive relation with bibulous time was be achieved.
