Abstract:As economy develops fast in our country,the vehicle possessing quantity,population andtraffic flow increase rapidly,as a result,traffic accidents are also increasing.A large number of domesticand international statistics show that automobile driver is the major factor of the road traffic accidents,so itis very necessary to improve drivers'quality.This paper,based on the non-professional drivers,is from the perspective of driving adaptability toexplore the close links with traffic accidents.After summarizing the domestic and foreign research,thearticle chose Speed anticipation,Simple reaction,Complex reaction, Accurate interoperability,Attention,Spatial perception and Movement vision seven indexes to build a driving adaptability evaluatingsystem.The functions of this system such as the primary operating,the test methods of the drivingadaptability indexes,invoking Flash movies,control the VB program in Flash to exchange informationwere all used Visual Basic to design.For the purpose of making standards,the present paper first used the system to gather1080samplesfrom the Non-professional drivers in Fuzhou city.And then the single test standards for driving adaptabilityare obtained by the Q gradually clustering method.Finally the composite standards are made by using theprincipal component analysis.Referring the analysis of the driving adaptability indexes for non-professional driver,the purpose is todistinguish those accident identification tendency drivers by means of scientific diagnoses,and give thedrivers reeducation and training to improve their qualities.After that,the traffic accidents will be reduced....
