Study On Screening Assessment Indexes Of Career Suitability Of Vehicle Operations Driver

The professional drivers take greater responsibility than the normal drivers and theirdriving behaviors are directly related to most of the passengers’s life property safety.Therefor,The professional drivers have a higher access permission mechanism than the normaldrivers.It takes strict precautions against the people who are not suitable for engageing inprofessional driving task entering into the professional driver’s team.The drivers aredetermined whether they are suitable for working as professional drivers,which need to testthe corresponding indicators of drivers.The test results are adopted to determine whether thedriver is suitable for engageding in professional driving task.This paper does a lot of theoretical analysis and refers to the literature at home andabroad.In additon, the influence factors of professional driving suitability are achievedanalysis.The driving process are divided into perception-judgment-decision-making threestages. In order to be able to effectively characterize driver’s psychological and physiologicalchanges each stage. Speed anticipation, choice reaction, choice reaction error number, depthperception, movement vision,scotopia and action Judgement are taken as the characteristicevaluation indexs of driving suitability.We collect a large number of sample datas and dividethe subject drivers into two groups on the basis of the sample datas,namely, incident andaccident free group.And then,the various characteristics index change of the two groups arediscussed respectively. On the basis of the analysis, professional driving suitability evaluationmodel is established based on principal component analysis. The complexity of the problemcan reduce by extracting principal component. Finally, the first four principal components areextracted from all principal components as the new input of the evaluation model.The E valueof the two groups are calculated and the threshold value is used to judge the category whichdrivers belong to.Because the threshold range of E value has an influence on the division ofdrivers.So, this article takes the divison accuracy under different threshold value intervallength as the judgment condition of selecting threshold value interval length.At last, thedetermined interval length is0.1and the range is from0to0.1.It can distinguish drives at94%accuracy and provide a new thought for determining whether the driver is suitable forworking as a professional driver.
