Study On Landscape Design Of Industrial Enterprise Environment Based On Environmental Psychology

With the rapid development of China’s industrial enterprises, the existing problems of theplant’s landscape environment have become increasingly prominent. As the factory space ofemployees’ producing and living environment, It should be matched with the modernenvironmental landscape and adapted to the environment and people’s needs. In recent years,the shortage of workers all requires enterprises to reform relevantly. So, we focus onemployees humane care and psychological counseling at the same time, and also require fromthe perspective of environmental psychology to improve the landscape environment of theindustrial enterprises, and create a comfortable, healthy, pleasant production and living space.The modern environmental psychology is the study of the interactive relationshipbetween the people and the environment. This article through the theory of environmentalpsychology attempts to study effects of relationship between the plant’s environmentallandscape and employees’ psychology, physiology, behavior and health. Exploring the plantspace environment can meet the staff’ environmental psychological needs, is beneficial to thehealth of employees and help improving the production efficiency of the plant.This article mainly contacting the relevant theories of environmental psychology, fromthe characteristics of the industrial enterprises, psychological characteristics, age, educationallevel and cognitive ability of landscape space of the employees, analysis the staff’s needs onfactory environment based this special environment. And on this basis it is proposed to putforward the design strategy to meet the staff plant environmental landscape based onenvironmental psychology point of view, including to meet the health needs of staff safety, therelease of the pressure demand, the interaction needs and belonging needs. Under theguidance of these strategies, to further study the designed elements plant’s environmentallandscape and improve the rigid maintenance mechanisms of plant instruction based onemployees’ psychological needs of the factory environment. Finally, starting from thepsychological needs of employees, combinating the use of POE environment evaluationmethod to discuss the landscape design process of industrial enterprises in factoryenvironment. Analyzing the advantages and the disadvantages of this article, and hoping havethe reference value on the landscape design of the factory environment of China’s industrialenterprises in the future.
