This article is a rotational flow type oil fume exhauster and the development of the internal main oil-fume separating device of gas liquid cyclone separator design optimization, design efficient energy-saving purification equipment.Cyclone type range hood mainly through the interior of the gas-liquid hydro cyclone to separate the kitchen fume, and cyclone structure of oil fume separation efficiency have very big effect. So it is necessary to identify the various factors affecting the separation efficiency of the cyclone, and to optimize its structure, and ultimately the efficient separation of soot.Hydro cyclone is kind of important separation equipment, because of its simple structure, low manufacturing cost, equipment advantages, is widely used in chemical industry, energy, mining, environmental protection and other industrial fields. However, often due to the unreasonable structural design, size mismatch on the separation efficiency have very big effect, energy consumption will increase. Therefore, research on the inner flow field of hydro cyclone separation performance of hydro cyclones distribution as well as the influence factors; to enhance the separation efficiency and improve the performance of the separator is very important.This paper first on the lampblack machine classification characteristics and the domestic and abroad cyclone development and research status are summarized, then the structure of swirled, separation principle, influence the separation factor and so on. In this paper, with the help of Gambit software the basic hydro cyclone three-dimensional model, followed by FLUENT software, the gas phase using RNG turbulence model, using a discrete phase particle stochastic trajectory model, the internal gas flow and gas-liquid two-phase flow field simulation and analysis. A detailed analysis of the separator in each cross section velocity, tangential velocity, axial velocity, radial velocity, static, dynamic pressure and total pressure distribution law. And then on its inlet, exhaust pipe, barrel length structure was improved, and then the gas flow field is simulated and analyzed, and the basic type of cyclone was studied.The results show that, using180degrees of double inlet volute, increase the exhaust pipe diameter, appropriately increase the exhaust pipe is inserted into the barrel, barrel length depth increased in favor of hydro cyclone separation and lower pressure drop, which is the future of cyclone structure improvement provided academic basis.
