Horizontal oscillation hydraulic loading system,as a subsystem of 150MN bridge bearing testing machine,provides horizontal oscillation simulated loads for the testings of bridge bearing.This thesis regards horizontal oscillation hydraulic loading system as the research object,analyzes loading system's characteristics of low-frequency and long-stroke firstly,and designs the system with calculation.The hydraulic components and circuits are decided and system principle diagram are drawn.Based on classical control theory,the mathematical model of valve-controlled system with proportional relief vavle and pressure reducing valve are built respectively,as well as the transfer function model of relief valve and pressure reducing valve.The dynamic characteristics of mathematical models are analysised and compared utilizing MATLAB.According to theory of automatic control system,a PID controller for valve-controlled systems is designed to meet the requirements of testing machine,in the processes of system correction.By a comparative analysis with time-domain and frequency-domain,pressure reducing valve are finally decided to be the controlling valve of the horizontal osillatation hydraulic loading system.In view of the synchronization problem of the horizontal osillatation hydraulic loading system controlled pressure reducing valve,models of pressure reducing valve is built by HCD in AMESim.Furthermore,the model of loading system employing robust synchronization is established with AMESim,as well as the one employing fuzzy-control master-slave synchronization.At last,the interfaces between AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink are utilized to creat combined simulations for system employing fuzzy-control master-slave synchronization.The results of the simulations shows that horizontal oscillation hydraulic loading system employing fuzzy-control master-slave synchronization can achieve a favorable synchronization effect.
