The Research For Constraints Railway Loading Plan Based On The Time Of Transporting Period

For a long time, goods delivery has always been delayed because of the traditional mode of management of railway. Since1990s, on the one hand, the Ministry of Railways has expanded the railway network by reconstructing the existing railway lines and accelerating high-speed passenger lines. On the other hand, goods delivery becomes faster and more centralized. Parcel express special train, mail special train and "five scheduled" train have been created. These measures have absorbed high added value goods, accelerated the speed of transportation, and optimized the scheme of goods delivery company.Proper loading scheme can not also guarantee the demands of goods delivery, but also can make good use of the railway resources. Therefore, the thesis mainly studies the design of loading scheme restrained by the deadline of goods delivery. It is composed of the following parts.The thesis begins with the studies on the organization mode of goods delivery. According to the good delivery market and the current situations of railway, the author of this thesis finds out that managing various goods train and organizing goods loading by forwarding company is the trend of the future.Then, the author of the this thesis moves on to discuss the computing method of the deadline of goods delivery, the time span of different loading train, the characteristics of different loading train and forwarding company’s strategies for running business. On this basis, the author builds a mathematic model of description by taking the maximization of forwarding company’s profit as target and goods delivery period of time and transporting ability as main restriction.In the process of working out the model, the author of this thesis does his research according to the different mode of transporting organization. Based on the restriction of goods delivery period of time and the aim of maximization of forwarding company’s profit, the author uses improved "First Fit" algorithm, finds out the path and order of goods loading, and works out the model at last. Finally, the author texts and verifies this algorithm by analyzing the example of company Y, and discusses the reasonability and validity from on-time rate, full-loading rate and profit aspects, which realizes the purpose of this paper and improves railway transportation organization theory.
