Because of its fast construction, light weight, good ability of span, aesthetic appearance etc, prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs become more and more popular recent years. Since its appearance, this bridge was investigated and widely used in France, Japanese etc. Studies about this type of bridges developed relatively late in our country, however, as the theoretical research progressed, prestressed concrete composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs shows a good tendency of development and variable cross-section and large span are adopted gradually in its application.At present, theoretical research on prestressed concrete composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs in China are mostly about bending-shear-torsi on and ultimate bearing capacity, beams mainly used in full scale test are small span simply supported ones. In this context, by using ANSYS, a three-span prestressed concrete composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs3D model was established referring to two actual large span bridges, based on which, some statical and dynamical analysis were taken, specifically as follows:1. Summarize the characteristics such as bending resistance, torsion resistance, shearing resistance of box-girder bridge.2. Static Analysis are taken under different working conditions, resistance to bending and torsion are analyzed as well as the shear distribution.3. The first fourteen modes of vibration of the model are analyzed, deformation of which are primarily about vertical bend with some secondary torsion and lateral bend. Torsional stiffness decreased when the concrete webs are replaced by the steel webs. Model spectral analysis shows that, dynamic effects of vibration different directions are different, the maximum vibration effect should be adopted in aseismatic design.4. Influence to the bridge strain and stress of moving load are analyzed.
