Research Of Railcar’s Pre-crash Safety System

Railcars are the special equipment for railway constructing, rail equipment maintaining, railway line construction, accident rush repairing, rail inspecting and so on. The operation safety of railcars affects the whole railway transportation safety. As the railway leaping development, railcars are running on-line for construction work more frequently, which makes a higher demand for railcar’s operation safety.To guarantee the traffic safety, the railcars are also equipped with traffic safety equipment, such as GYK, Cab signal, CIR and Train wireless dispatch communication equipment. However, the current traffic safety equipment can not fully ensure railcars traffic safety, the device’s uncontrollable factors and driver’s error operation also imperil the safety, so it is necessary to conduct further study.In this paper, the problem of the railcar range-operations, on the basis of the analysis of current traffic safety equipment and railcar range of operating current situation, trying to technically solve the interval during the operation of the railcar location unclear, the driver of speculation driving led to vehicle collision security issue.This paper has proposed the railcar’s system for preventing vehicle collision based on the GYK and Train wireless dispatch communication equipment. And it has made a analyzed and calculated of the program implementation process.Finally, this paper makes demonstrate of the system and gives some suggestions of the system management.
