Railcars are special vehicles used by the construction department to perform tasks such as the maintenance of railway equipment,overhauls and capital construction.Although railcars are equipped with a car collision prevention display system,safety accidents also occur between railcars and workers.Therefore,the thesis designs and perfects the anti-collision real-time display system for railcars and workers,which can enhance the safety of railcars’ driving.This thesis analyzes the real-time display system of car collision prevention,presents the design scheme of real-time display system for anti-collision of vehicles and workers,and focuses on the design of the worker anti-collision real-time display module,which can realize the precise positioning function and obtain the distance information of the workers around the railcars in real time by the UWB technology.It has perfected the real-time display software of the anti-collision system,which extends the system from the single anti-collision function of railcars to the anti-collision function of railcars and workers.The system includes drawing display frame,the data receiving and processing module,showing text information and making the location of vehicle and workers display by graph,and by reasonably dividing the liquid crystal display area,the railcar anti-collision information is displayed clearly and accurate.In addition,it finishes the anti-collision warning function of vehicles and workers according to the rules.On the Win CE6.0 system,the real-time display software for vehicles and workers is realized by C++ language and the LCD screen can express the location relationship of other vehicles and workers near the railcar clearly.Finally,the test result shows that the railcar anti-collision real-time display system designed by the thesis can meet the design requirements and the system has been approved by the customers. |
