Project management is a scientific method to ensure the completion beforedeadline by solving all kinds of questions during the special project. With thedevelopment of society, project management is more and more popular and appliedwidely in engineering field.The reconstruction of cycle water system is a complex project including notonly the installation of new equipments and pipes but related ancillary work. Theproject is related to the researching and manufacturing of important product inaerospace field.This paper has made research on project schedule management basing thereconstruction project. Aiming for questions during the project, special measure isput up to control the schedule. The main contents are as follows:To begin with, the object of this paper is introduced which is the back of thereconstruction project of cycle water system. Also, theoretical knowledge of projectmanagement and schedule management is introduced.Secondly, detailed impact factors on the reconstruction project are analyzedduring different stage, including the beginning stage, the medium stage and the laststage.Then, the solution of the schedule problem on the reconstruction project isgiven, making use of the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management,combined with the actual project. And the solution of the material supply problem is also given.Finally, the full paper is summarized, and the aspect of cost management andquality management for the reconstruction project of cycle water system is putforward.
