| A large number of urban rail transit lines are been constructing in our. country, making the number of station rapid increase, and the line network keep getting better, passenger flow volume which attracted has increased steadily, while it also destroy the balance of facilities capacity between supply and demand. Carrying capacity is related to size and layout of the station’s facilities, how to measure the facilities capacity and grasp the matching situation of whole station, which is need to evaluate objectively and comprehensively for facilities capacity of the station.Firstly, this paper analyzes the passenger flow characteristics and passengers’walk features of the urban rail transit station, and from speed, flow, density and psychological to descript the behavior of passengers in different environments and state. It divide passengers’travel path into pulling in station line, outing of station line and transfer line in the station, and analyze the use of facilities in the different passenger flow line; Secondly, the paper analyzes the feature of different facilities in the station system, it combined with survey data to establish the model of usage facilities and proposed the method of calculation for the facilities capacity. The paper analyzes the unbalanced problem to floor-escalator and ticketing systems with a simple model. Again, index system of facilities capacity.evaluation has been structured with four levels, at the time, using "AHP—Entropy Method" to calculate the weighing for all indexes,and basing on "Combination Weighting Method—Ideal Point Method" model to analyze the Carrying Capacity of Facilities for stations. |
