| Currently in China, high-speed railway whose speed reachs300Km/h and above uses CTCS-3(China Train Control System). It requires higher security and reliability because of high speed.TSR(Temporary Speed Restriction) means temporary and sudden speed restriction along the railway because of some special reasons except geographical reasons. For example, natural disaster or line construction. In these cases, the speed of the train should be below normal speed for security. In CTCS-3, CTC(Centralized Traffic Control) is in charge of setting, releasing and revoking temporary speed restriction commands, and TSRS(Temporary Speed Restriction System) is responsible for executing. That means temporary speed restriction commands are made by dispatcher, confirmed by CTC, storaged and executed by TSRS. If there are some temporary speed restriction commands need to be carried out, the dispatcher activates them firstly. Then TSRS transforms them to RBC(Radio Block Center) and TCC(Train Control Centre). At lase, RBC and TCC inform the train to reduce running speed. This shows TSRS takes part in the whole process of excuting temporary speed restriction commands. It plays a very important role in keeping the train safe.State Key Laboratory of Rail Traffic Control and Safety attaching to Beijing Jiaotong University began to set up CTCS-3Simulaiton and Testing Platform according to the Functional Requirements Specification of CTCS-3several years ago. Based on this, the TSRS Simulation Subsystem is researched and realized in this paper. The main work contains the following:1) The construction background and current situation of the CTCS-3Simulation and Testing Platform are introduced simply. Functional requirements and module division of the TSRS Simulation Subsystem are analyzed based on that.2) Put forwards the overall design schema and the key function module design schema. Draw the working flow charts using the whole executing process of one temporary speed restriction command as an example. Expound the interactive information with other simulation subsystems.3) Complete the functional development and test of the TSRS Simulation Subsystem based on Microsoft Visual C++6.0. The debugging is done with other subsystems in the CTCS-3Simulation and Testing Platform. The result shows that the TSRS Simulation Subsystem has had complete functions to meet the demands of the CTCS-3Simulation and Testing Platform.4) The main work of this papar is summarized and some imperfections are pointed out. |
