With the rapid development of Chinese railway, real-time, high efficiency and safety are the focus of train control systems. To meet the needs, Chinese Train Control System has been proposed by China's railway department for the development of China's railway to adapt to the national conditions of China. The real-time train performance of CTCS-3train control systems is the key to safe and efficient operation.RBC (Radio Block Center) is key equipment of CTCS-3system. It can achieve continuous two-way information interaction with on-board equipment through GSM-R network; realize the control of the moving train. The real-time performance index of train controlling of RBC is one of important factors affecting the control proficiency, transportation ability, reliability and safety of the CTCS-3train control system. So the formalism of the performance index will be great value to the establishment and improvement of the CTCS-3train control system. Colored--Petri-Nets not only can describe the static state of the system, but also can realize the dynamic simulation of the system. It overcomes the weakness of normal simulation methods.In this paper, timed colored-Petri-nets are used to analyze the real-time performance of the main operation scenes of CTCS-3, which focus on research on the interaction between RBC and radio information with train. The use of hierarchical modeling idea first established GSM-R fault models, and synthesizes emergency channel degraded, GSM-R cell switching, link failure and other factors to simulate real radio channel environment. Models of periodic and non-periodic of information are established on the basis of GSM-R models respectively, which is the basis for the train flow models controlled by RBC as a main operation scene of CTCS-3system established, by CPN simulation extended distribution curve of RBC control can be presented, and the success rate in these operation scenes and average delay time influenced by different train speed and retransmission time interval can be analyzed. The results have a certain reference value for the optimization of transmission time and the improvement of the train operation efficiency and security of train.
