The land use of Railway system is increasing rapidly, under the situation of large-scale railway construction and the land value improve continuously, the study on how to use land reasonable and improve the railway transport unit capacity is very important.According to China’s railway land management present situation, refer to foreign developed countries’ railway land use management system, summarizes the advanced railway land operation management experience, so as to make full use of the existing regulations and policies of our country, and develop railway land use management legally. Take the example of the developed countries, put forward of the land use direction and economical countermeasure of the railway transportation in China. Balance contradiction of the railway construction and land use, increase railway transport effectiveness and save land use, improve the land use efficiency of China railway and land resources. The paper is using the method of system dynamics modeling, studying on how to analyse the interactive relationship between the influence factors in every part of railway system. According to the railway transportation infrastructure land use, railway construction, operation and land use relevant technical standards and specifications, combined with the railway transport land characteristics and level, railway land index involving factors, analysed on the main factors of railway transportation infrastructure land use. Analysing of the different factors influence quantitativly, and forecast the evolution of the railway system development trend. Through the system policy simulation, giving policy suggestions.
