This paper takes the GIS technology and the three dimensional expression as the core technologies,studies on method of three dimensional expression of urban forest landscape, aim at realizing different three dimensional expression of Beijing area overall forest landscape in the different scales and zones, and combined with the geographic information system platform, query trees attribute information.This paper studies the different scales of the forest landscape three-dimensional express technology, through the use of different data sources, and to realize the forest landscape of Beijing three-dimensional expression. In suburb area it selects high spectrum information TM image to overlay DEM, uses non-supervision classification method on image for classification processing, in forest random generated trees points, established trees three dimensional stereo displayed model, implement forest landscape of three dimensional expression; In center of the city it selects high space resolution of Google Earth image, by remote sensing solutions translation interpretation, vector quantitative, achieve the information of foundation features and its realization of three dimensional expression.Through the remote sensing image for raw data such as tree species, crown diameter and so forth, always all is the bottleneck of research in this area. This paper through the tally of single tree, establish ginkgo " crown diameter-crown height " model, and then using remote sensing interpreter method on the image of the ginkgo single tree to extract tree species, crown diameter and other information. And it through the model to back calculate the tree height, diameter at breast height and so forth, verify the accuracy of model. Finally it achieves the trees of three-dimensional expression by this method, and promotes the further development of three-dimensional expression.
