In recent years , construction industry in China has been in a booming trend , but stillfacing a severe risk of the contruction price.How to deal effectively with controversy overrisk-allocation of construction price unreasonable or unclear, to get risks borne by both sidesreflected truly in the total project price, has been the key to successful implementation ofengineering and construction projects, and has been the urgent need of harmoniousdevelopment of China’s social. Risk allocation of construction price is an important means ofrisk management , which makes progress, quality , financial management develop coordinatly,controlling the occurrence of the contruction price dispute. Howerver,a fundamental objectivescientific risk allocation of construction price are in the need of a fair and reasonable riskallocation of construction price in the stage of signing of the contract.Based on the above viewpoints, based on in-depth study of existing literature andresearch , the thesis has defined concept, content and scope of the study of construction picerisk and risk allocation of construction price.It has analyzed the relationship of the model , theadvantages and the disadvantages with other contracts , over the risk allocation ofconstruction price in the general terms of the contract of the standard construction biddingdocuments(2007 version) by the means of comparative analysis. Based on the terms of thecontract of the standard construction bidding documents , the thesis has applicated thesecondary data method and the flow chart to determine the scope or principles of the riskallocation of construction price, the use of case studies to verify the above theoretical studies .The main contents of this thesis are as follows :Firstly,the thesis analysises the risk allocation of contruction price of the general terms inthe contract of the standard construction bidding documents (2007 version). and thencontrasts risk allocation of contruction price of the general terms in the standard constructionbidding documents (2007 version) , with FIDIC Cinditions of Contract for Construction(1999version), model text for cinditions of contract for construction(1999 version) and bill quantityof construction works(2008 version), to provide a reference for the elaboration of specialcontract provisions in the contract price risk-sharing provisions .Secondly, on the basis of identifing risks related provisions of the contract price in thegeneral terms of the contract , the thesis has identifed the key risk factors of the constructionprice in the special terms of the contract , including the risk of price fluctuations and engineervariation risks , as well as force majeure , adverse material conditions and unusual severeweather conditions natural environment. And then the thesis has analysised the constructionprice risk factors of each project, formulation of a detailed study of key project price riskrelated provisions .Finally, the thesis selected a construction contract using the standard construction bidding documents as the standard template to make case analysis , identify the risk allocationway of contruction price of the general contract terms and specific terms , and contract withgeneral terms of the standard construction bidding documents to make comparative analysis ,to verify the usefulness and accuracy of this study .
