N company was founded in 1958,the beginning of 2016 officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations,and N company is the top grade intelligence enterprise.The main business is divided into three parts: construction,investment operation and overseas project,dominated by construction.The construction business is mainly in housing construction,and N company is a well-known private building the general contractor of construction engineering.Reference is presented in this paper,on the basis of financial risk related research results at home and abroad,first of all,describes the present situation of N company development and industry,and also briefly illustrates the construction general contracting industry development trend of the future and the N basic financial situation and could face financial risks are introduced;Second part for the N company may face financial risks,combined with my work background,through the construction industry level and level of N company internal organization reveals the causes of the financial risk;Finally,according to the above analysis it is concluded that the N company causes of financial risk,and through the construction industry level and level of N company internal organization reveals the risk control measures.
