| Wireless network, as an economic and convenient connection method, has been increasingly widely used in daily life and scientific research, and so does the LXI bus protocol based on network communication in logic analyzer and other measurement and test fields. It will be a new development direction for measurement and test field to combine wireless network and LXI protocol. Realization of LXI protocol based on wireless network, especially high-precision synchronization, will greatly improve using flexibility and application value of logic analyzer. The wireless LXI logic analyzer in this topic is an instrument of LXI-A level. Besides data acquisition function of common logic analyzer, it also has trigger method regulated in LXI protocol.The thesis firstly makes a brief introduction to wireless network technology, LXI technology and logic analyzer,compares pros and cons of different synchronization schemes, and selects IEEE 1588 protocol for synchronization. It is focused on analyzing, designing and realizing two components of wireless LXI logic analyzer:wireless LXI interface control module and data acquisition module.Specific research contents are as following:1. Design and implement wireless LXI interface control module. Adopt “FPGA+ARM†control method to realize functions of LAN message trigger, IEEE 1588 timing trigger and hardware bus trigger regulated in LXI protocol.2. Design and implement hardware circuit of data acquisition module. Realize functions of data acquisition, trigger and saving.During design, it has conducted detailed debugging to hardware circuit, and realized functions of wireless LXI and data acquisition. All the functions in the topic have fully reached to the preset indexes, In the end, it concludes defects of this project and the following improvement directions. |
