Conductivity is per unit length value for the conductance, which is used to represent the conductive capacity of the solution, conductivity is a fundamental physical quantity of the electrolyte solution. Conductivity measurements are widely used for water quality monitoring, industrial process control, medicine and health, scientific research and product quality inspection process. The factors that affect the electrical conductivity accurate measurement are mainly three areas: polarization effects, capacitance effects and temperature. However, the conventional conductivity measurement has not auto-converter, temperature, polarization effects and capacitance effects need to be compensated manually, or use complex hardware circuit to eliminate, but these methods have large power consumption and small measuring range, not suitable for the growing industrial demand. This subject on the basis of simulation, apply the MCU to measuring instruments, equipped with temperature compensation circuit and automatic range shift circuit, designed the wireless transmission and automatic range shift conductivity analyzer.Firstly, in order to reduce power consumption, use lower power consumption MSP430 MCU generate square wave signals, saving the external square wave signal generating circuit and achieving a significant reduction on power consumption.Secondly, in order to reduce polarization effects and improve measurement accuracy, use excitation pulse as a signal source, simplifying the circuit design, so that accuracy is increased more than 3 times, and use the built-in 12 of MSP430 MCU A / D converter, the collected data more accurate, and further improve the accuracy.Thirdly, in order to meet current industrial demand and suit for far from the measurement points and special occasions, designed wireless transceiver module based on nRF905 to realize wireless transmission.Finally, experiment shows that the analyzer has a large measuring range, fully meet the automatic range switching, achieve on-line temperature compensation and LCD digital display, have the characteristics of low power circuit, high accuracy and convenient operation, meet the need of current industrial and some special occasions.
