Landing gear is the plane landed, reducing vibration and buffer slide downsupport of important component, buffer (also called shock absorber) and tireis the main landing gear buffer component, plays a absorption and dissipationimpact, the ground plane landed the plane rough incentive move the energy, theslowdown in vibrate, reduce the plane ground load, improve the occupant,guarantee the aircraft flight safety are playing a very important role to theimportant role of the security guarantee. During the process of landing, anaircraft is exposed to a short-duration impulsive impact. The landing impacthas been recognized as a significant factor in structural fatigue damage, dynamicstress on the aircraft airframe, and crew and passenger discomfort. How toprecisely simulate the landing process of an aircraft and effectively absorbaircraft landing kinetic energy to attenuate the impact loads on aircraft isa problem facing the landing gear community.From energy point of view, the current suspension design plan focused onmining the buffer action of landing gear, the potential improve efficiency andimprove the landing gear buffers and the way of energy consumption device, mainlyaims at how to absorb impact load, so as to reduce the impact of indirect loadgenerated harm. And this paper in the study found that impact load can be producedin before they directly but also greatly cut, so put forward the direct reducethe impact load new ideas, and to establish a direct reduce the impact load theorganization mathematical model. Of a numerical simulation analysis of thelanding of aircraft landing gear parameters. Introducing direct reduce theimpact load after new idea, the plane’s landing from the source of energy will get effectively restrains, thus for the plane’s landing gear shock maintenancetechnology has opened up a potential new direction.In this thesis, with the application of the theory of dynamics of multi-bodysystems, a multi-body model of a track-like landing gear is given based on thefeature of construction, force and motion of the landing gear. On this basis,the author first introduced wheel rotation speed to have landed on a landingmodel numerical simulation is analyzed, and in all the machine condition isintroduced into the rotation speed wheels fell on the plane landing impact loadeffects of parameters, and the results show that has the wheel rotation speedanalysis of the frame model for landing down aircraft landing has good effect.
