With the rapid development of China’s economic construction, the growing size of cities, urban rail transit facilities has become a very important part of urban transport.Introduction ofautomatic fare collection equipment in Rail transportation can increase the efficiency of passenger traffic and ensure rapid operation of the whole traffic, AFC now has basically replaced the artificial ticket checking. Gates are the basic equipment of AFC, the quality of passing control algorithm determines operating efficiency of gate directly. Currently gates are tested in a physical and artificial manner, this kind of test method cost high and is easy to introduce errors during the test process, and if there is some change in shell shape of gate or layout of sensors or algorithm in gate, you need to re-process the entire test。To the needs of the testing process, project team developed a simulation and test system in passing control algorithm. By collecting data from the video to automatically generate test cases, simulating hardware of gatesto simulate the interaction of passing control algorithm and gate, system uses test data and labels added by the testing process to judge and show the testing result. System can cover the different gates, sensors, layouts and access control algorithm for efficient simulation testing.In this paper, the relevant technical background is introduced,details the classification, composition, and typical work scenarios of gate; describes related knowledge of the algorithm itself and simulation systems on this topic, including the needs of algorithm, quality standards, current research progress and the challenges and expectations; show the system needs and capabilities in the design process.Then the article describes the key technologies and related solutions in this simulation test, including collecting basic data from video and images establishing the standard sample database by data interpolation; customizing test cases as needs of user; adding tags to support automated analysis of test results.The simulation test system’s overall architecture is proposed, the article describes the hierarchical system’s main function modules of functionality and basic mechanisms and processes of work, the system including data acquisition layer, data storage layer, the test layer and the presentation layer.The next, class diagram of the overall architecture and design and implementation of major modules are described, including key data structures and the interfaces. Then the article describes the database of system, interface of real system and several testing process of test cases. Finally, the paper summarizes the work, and future work is prospected about the new functions system can achieve.
