Aeroengine accessories transmission system is the key to the normal operation of aeroengine; its main failure form is fatigue failure, so the fatigue life assessment of aeroengine accessories transmission is important. Taking the aeroengine accessories gear transmission system as the research object, the fatigue life prediction method of gear transmission system was researched in this paper by using the methed of dynamics simulation, finite element and fatigue simulation.Based on 3d modeling software Pro/E, gear system solid model was built by using parametric modeling method. The virtual prototyping model of the gear system was established based on ADAMS. Then the dynamic meshing force of gear was simulated. The ruler and magnitude of mesh force was researched while the gear transmission system worked in the situation of high speed and great torque, and the numerical simulation of the gear dynamic meshing force has been realized, which provide accurate data for the fatigue analysis of gear system.The statistics method for dealing with fatigue load was studied. Using probability statistics method, the cumulative frequency, load classification and counting of cyclic number of simulation load was accomplished, and get the rain flow statistic histogram. Using simple form describe the original simulation load under typical working conditions. Based on the gear simplified model, the finite element analysis of gear model was achieved. The bending stress distribution of gear was obtained, so the risk area of gear bending fatigue was determined. According to the fatigue load spectrum and gear material fatigue properties, using fatigue simulation analysis software Designlife to analyze the gear life, and then the fatigue life of gear under the given condition was obtained...
