Wind turbine installation vessel is a vessel for shipping or self-induced,set the functions of ocean platform lifting and hoisting in a body, mainly used for wind turbine transportation and hoisting.Intertidal zone is the zone where submerge or emerge with the tidal, and maybe produce a list of working conditions complexly.Compare with the vessel traditionally,it needs a instruction in high strength. This paper have studied the strength of this kind of vessel from six sides:1. The strength analysis of shoe in seven working conditions including stranding prepressing bias adsorb and so on.2. The strength analysis of caisson when the vessel independent ambulation on the shoal.3. The overall strength analysis of vessel when it works on the deep water areas.4. The strength analysis in towing including towing in oil field with legs towing in oil field with legs and caisson towing in ocean with legs.5. The strength analysis of main hull in the storm deposit and towing.6. The analysis of fatigue of vessel.Studies show the instructions are qualified in the relevance standard and fatigue life is satisfy with ABS code requirement.
