Evacuated Tube Transport is a vision of the future transportation, maglev train traveling in the pipeline can greatly reduce the friction and air resistance, to achieve low power consumption, ultra-high speed, low noise purpose, it is regarded as the ultimate solution to solve transportation problem by many experts.In this paper, based on the idea of vacuum pipe and bearing-sealing division program, combined with the existing engineering and theories, make further study about construction of underground Evacuated Tube Transport. Detailed study the bearing part of the pipeline, materials of bearer part adopt the reinforced concrete, referring to the construction method of underground tunnels and norms, analyze and design the structure and construction of the bearing part. According to the relationship speed of train movements, power and air density, setting out the reasonable parameters of vacuum pressure, then assuming a suitable geological environment parameters, then the pipe will bear two kinds of load, make mechanical simulation and calculation of the bearer part, analyze the internal forces at different characteristics of vacuum. Finally, make a bearing pipe reinforcement and calculation. The results show that the bearing pipeline can reach inspection standards of the underground.The first chapter briefly introduces the concept of Evacuated Tube Transport, and national development process and the status quo, introduces the principle of different maglev train. Compared the traditional transport with the Evacuated Tube Transport. Then show the main research and content. The second chapter discusses the construction of vacuum pipe, compare with a variety of material, analyze the characteristic when they use to build the pipe, introduced bearing-sealing division program. Make a choice of Maglev trains options, design the railway. The third chapter set a reasonable geological and vacuum environment parameters, made the structure design of bearer pipe. The fourth chapter describes the method of mechanical analysis which is used to analyze vacuum tubes, and then simulates and calculates the internal force, compare the internal force characteristics at the different vacuum, finally make the reinforcement and calculation of carrying pipeline.
