In this paper,it studies the heat-transfer theoretical model of the solar vacuum collector tube.On this basis,it analyzes the following process from the sunlight to the heat.The sunlight transmit through the glass tube and fall on the surface of the absorber strip.Then the absorber strip evenly transfers the heat from the sunlight to the heat pipe.Go through the heat pipe,the heat is transferred from the evaporation pipe to the condenser.It studies the heat transfer resistance of the different working fluid mediums at the different installation angles and analyzes the optimum installation angle & application range of the solar vacuum collector tubes which is made by the different working fluid mediums.According to calculating the strength of the solar heat pipe material and analyzing the pressure of the working fluid medium in the solar heat pipe,we can reasonably optimize the manufacturing cost of the heat pipe.Through analyzing the actual accessible energy of the solar vacuum collector tube and the heat-transfer capability of the solar heat pipe under different working conditions,we can improve the design of the solar vacuum collector tube.It studies the variation rule and fluctuation range of the solar vacuum collector tube's output power in the changed working temperature conditions.Meanwhile,it analyzes whether the collecting performance of the solar vacuum collector tube can meet the daily needs of hot water heating.It studies the vacuum degree how to influence the heat-transfer performance of the solar vacuum collector tube.Then we can optimize the design value of the solar tube's vacuum degree.In order to avoid the waste of manufacturing cost caused by the excessive design and the insufficient heat-collection performace due to the inadequate design value,in the design of the vacuum degree.To well solve the problem of combining the solar vacuum collector tubes with the buildings,the solar tubes are needed to be used horizontally on some buildings.Also in this paper,it testes the solar vacuum collector tubes made by different working fluid mediums to solve the use problem when installing the solar vacuum collector tubes at horizontal 2 degree inclination angle.The new solar vacuum collector tube has been applied in practical project.It displays the high efficiency in collecting the solar heat energy and brings the huge economic benefits to the users.With the increasing problem of environmental pollution,people's awareness of the environmental protection is gradually strengthened.The new solar vacuum collector tube is the supportingequipment of the green buildings.It has an important practical significance for protecting the environment.
