Both digging and loading functions can be completed at the same time byBackhoe loader, so we also call it "busy in two sides machine" in China, because itsfunction is not only more comprehensive but also good maneuvering performance, itis widely used in the engineering construction project and application prospect. Whilethe excavator-loader now is still at the starting stage in our country, especially themining side of the poor system performance, reliability is not high, so the study ofmining hydraulic system plays an important role. This paper based onschool-enterprise cooperation projects, with a backhoe loaders mining hydraulicsystem as the research object, using simulation and experimental method based onsystem dynamic performance analysis. This article contains three parts:1Overview of the related and present situation of backhoe loader, the workingprinciple of the hydraulic system are analyzed and the establishment of mining systemof valve controlled cylinder, mathematical model, through the analysis ofmathematical models, that the degree of opening of the valve and the load of thehydraulic cylinder displacement has certain effect.2Based on the AMESim simulation software to build mining end multi-wayvalve and mining hydraulic system dynamic simulation model, through the multi-wayvalve dynamic model simulation analysis, pointed out that the model can wellresponse multiplex valve working principle and dynamic performance; according tothe different mining action simulation, analysis of mining system dynamicperformance.3Simulation analysis on mining, hydraulic system was tested, through theexperimental results verify the correctness of the simulation model, and analyzed theactual performance of the system, the system oscillation larger pressure loss, seriousproblems were analyzed and find out the main influencing factors, so as to providereference basis for the later design improvement. |
