The rapid development of computer applications engineering for the superstructure-foundation-interaction provide a great convenience,the industry experts have made a great progress and better understanding about the superstructure-foundation-subsoil interaction. The supperstructure-foundation-subsoil interaction problems related to nuclear power plant, building structure, the dam extended to large bridges,underground structures, and many other fields, interaction research has become one of the current popular topics of structure and geotechnical engineer. With the conventional design, analytical methods compared to the core of interaction in the analysis of deformation of the coordination principle,to meet the superstructure-foundation-subsoil of the contact surface force balance at the same time,namely meet the superstructure-the foundation-subsoil of the displacement of the contact surface deformation coordination.Predecessors research a lot of analysis, the main karst areas of building design is making use of conventional design method combined with the experience to deal with.The paper research is on the basis of studies on the interaction effect of the superstructure and foundation-subsoil, in Karst geological conditions,make use of ANSYS simulation analysis a10-floors building;3D modeling to consider the intreaction effect coordination of deformation,the study cave factors on the upper structure and raft foundation stress and variation of the settlement;analysis of the cave of their own stress,deformation; offer insights on the structure and raft foundation design. The main content is as follows:(1)Describes the Karst geological features, including evaluation methods and foundations of the cave causes of developmental conditions and influencing factors, as well as in Karst Areas characteristics and stability of the approach and design principles.(2) Described the mechanism of the interaction of the upper structure and foundation, superstructure stiffness, foundation stiffness, subsoil stiffness and adjacent buildings together.(3)Sets out the basic structure of the model and basic finite element analysis, linear elastic foundation model, the nonlinear elastic foundation model, the elastic-plastic foundation model, and according to this article the characteristics of the specific introduction of a layered transversely isotropic elastic half space model, finite element analysis of raft foundation.(4) Describes the finite element model of this thesis, the upper structure and the interaction of the karst foundation.(5)A detailed analysis of the core part of the thesis, by changing the cave itself changes,comparative analysis of the the caves factors on the upper structure and the combined effect of the karst foundation. The cave changes parameters:cave radius of the size of depth, cave shape, the cave wall rock thickness, elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio.By the above-mentioned six parameters change,the comparative analysis of the stress on the upper structure, raft foundation, caves and sedimentation changes affect the law.
