In the natural environment, the load conditions of large horizontal-axis wind power generator is very complex, so load calculation and the tower strength analysis is very important foundational documents for design. Regard the large capacity of1.5MW horizontal-axis wind power generator as the research object, the essay analyzes blade and determines the load of tower based on the momentum-leaf unit theory, According to Japanese standard, the article calculate load of leaf unit to obtain tower load, and meanwhile, directly proceed stress calculation on tower, then analyze and compare the load of tower via the two methods. Not only Japan standard is perfect in algorithm but also is conservative in the consequence from the calculation result’s comparison, In addition, the essay lists other popular methods of calculating load on the engineering, including the British GL-Blade software, wind tunnel test and so on.In order to get the performance characteristics of prestressed tower and verify that the prestressed tower be superior to steel tube, the thesis respectively establishes two models of prestressed concrete tower and steel tube, based on the finite element software ansys12.0, and applicant the same load circumstance to conduct modal analysis、buckling analysis and static analysis, then get prestressed tower relation curves of stress-strain and load-the top displacement. Not only prestressed tower produces more smaller displacement and can withstand more stress than steel tube, also more hard occur resonance with impeller. In order to make the material cost reduce and increase the company benefits, the post optimizes the reinforced diameter、steel area and wall thickness of prestressed tower and steel tube, in the basis of strength and stability. After optimizing prestressed tower volume reduces3.4%, meanwhile, steel tube reduces3.7%, while the natural frequency of the two model does not change significantly before and after.52diagrams,18charts,46references...
