Among all kinds of construction machinery,tower crane is the most popular,which is widely used in various fields.In recent years,tower crane market share increased gradually,such as QTZ63,QTZ80,QTZ100,QTZ125 and other models of this type of tower crane,tower crane range,excellent performance,with obvious advantages compared to other tower crane.But now,with the development of industrialization of construction,large tower crane more and more into the eyes of the people,and the tower crane in large-scale equipment,its disadvantages is clear,therefore,this paper based on the study of QTZ125 tower crane,and designed a new type of prestressed double suspension tower crane,the performance in reliability and can improve.The main work of this paper is as follows:Analysis and disadvantages of today's various types of tower crane advantages,mainly analyzes the problems of tower crane as a tower crane model most rapid development,proposes a link system of prestress increase,in order to reduce the weight of its own arm,or directly improve the performance of tower crane method,and applied the theory principle of prestress is studied in detail.Based on the tower cap and 125 tower crane on the local metal structure,aiming at the improvement of the tower crane,the design of a new type of prestressed double lifting tower crane boom,the traditional theory of mechanics calculation of prestressed double lifting tower crane arm and balance arm part of metal structure.Basic knowledge of finite element method,the ANSYS modeling of prestressed double lifting tower crane and tower crane 125,at the same condition,the static analysis of double suspension prestressed and 125 tower crane tower crane,and compare the two kinds of tower crane jib maximum stress and deformation,based on the level of performance.Inspect thereliability of a tower crane and advanced.Finally,on the basis of the prestressed rod double lifting tower crane model to optimize the ANSYS software,the rod system strut length,angle and boom rod hanging position and a set of optimal solutions,and again before the double hanging point and optimization of tower crane and tower crane head 125 prestressed flat do static analysis and correlation.
