| As a common construction method for the construction of large span arch bridge,cableway hoisting plays a great potential in construction,and the cable tower is an important bearing structure in cable hoisting,which has attracted more and more attention of bridge builders.Nowadays,the research on cable tower design at home and abroad has been fully studied,and abundant research results have been obtained,but the systematic theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of the mechanical properties of the tower are less studied,and according to the maximum span and design maximum lifting weight of different types of cable tower design in cableway hoisting,it is still to be deepened to design the most reasonable tower research.In my research,the key research of tower design in cable hoisting is carried out,and the selection of steel pipe type and universal cable tower is studied by considering the factors such as cable,buckle layout form,abdominal rod assembly mode,hinge and no hinge in cable hoisting system,and the key technology in tower design is discussed.It is a research topic with engineering practical value to apply the key of cable tower design to cable hoisting tower project,and to the correctness of the design of control tower from the overall macroscopic.On the basis of summing up the structural stress characteristics of cable hoisting tower and the form of assembling rod,this paper probes into two aspects from theoretical analysis and finite element calculation.For the stability of the tower,the Euler critical formula is used to calculate the critical load and the finite element simulation results,and the reference values of the stability coefficients of two types of tower structures are given,and the expression of the width of the tubular tower is deduced according to the criterion of "stability".For the strength and stiffness of the tower,the calculation expression of the column design under the action of vertical and horizontal forces is deduced in order to facilitate the selection of the tower in theory.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The key technology of steel pipe type and universal rod Type Tower design is introduced in detail.Based on the theoretical design of single-limb solid abdominal structure,this paper studies the design of the tower of multi-limb rod,such as limbs,six limbs and eight limbs,analyzes the strength,stiffness and stability of the tower design by changing the abdominal rod form,boundary condition and the layout form of the beam The design load of steel pipe and universal rod Cable Tower of different abdominal rod system is stipulated.Based on the theoretical design of steel pipe type tower,the design program of Control tower is developed by using MATLAB software programming.This paper introduces the key technology of cable wind cable design,deduces the practical calculation method of cable wind cable selection and initial tensile force,and provides suggestions for cable wind cable design and checking calculation.(2)The key technology of door-type tower design is introduced in detail.The finite element model of the door Tower of steel pipe and universal rod is established by using the finite element software,and the strength and eigenvalue buckling analysis are carried out by changing the arrangement form of different beams,the number of cross-sectional limbs and the load position of the door cable tower.The results show that,in general,the most unfavorable load position of the door tower appears at the top of the single tower,and the design load is designed according to the single tower value,and the layout form of the door tower beam has little influence on the strength of the tower,only on the stability of the plane,and it is suggested that the limbs and the six-limb universal rod Cable Nine limbs are set every 40 m,and the design of steel tubular beams is related to the inertial moment of the section.(3)The application process of key technology of tower design in engineering example is expounded emphatically.By using the key technology of steel pipe type and universal rod type cable tower,different types of finite element analysis models are established,the strength,stiffness and stability requirements of each tower design are compared,and three aspects of the structure form,economic cost and construction technology of the tower are considered comprehensively,and the design standard of the tower selection is finally worked out.Provide new ideas for choosing the most reasonable design scheme. |
