| Chinese companies have increasing the degree of attention about Product design, whichis to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, national economic competitiveness. Designto I.D. developed countries has been "the second-largest technology", visible, imminentdevelopment of China’s product design. And China in the cultural kinship with the Japanesedesign has long been among the developed countries, they keep and continue with their owncultural traditions, clever elements of the local culture to Western design rules for designinnovation, manufacturing, and formed in enjoys in the international "good design" thereputation of Japanese design. Invasion of the state of affairs under globalization, we need theproducts which innovative design was applied to the product formed with Chinese culturalcharacteristics of today’s innovative design products.First, the beginning of this paper, the reunification of China-Qin and Han Dynasty, asthe object of mining, in-depth analysis summarizes the Qin and Han cultural context andcultural elements of the type of objects characteristics. Secondly, this article from the westside analysis of Chinese product design and the cultural environment in which today’s designenvironment. Thirdly, under the perspective of modernist design, research and analysis of theproduct’s functions trichotomy formed by three levels of cultural elements. On this basis, theQin and Han cultural elements will be classified to form the theoretical basis for innovativedesign. Finally, the examples once again proven to the requirements of today’s designelements of Qin and Han culture, product design is feasible and innovative.The research projects around the current design of the most important issues of localculture, so both historic and forward-looking design with the future. |
