In recent years, the abnormal changes in the global environment caused by the high degree of attention from all walks of life, especially the dramatic changes of cold waves and cold air, the Bo Sea, a large area of floating ice, the most severe ice conditions, the Bo Sea, is about more than half of the floating ice covered, the ice thickness even up to40cm. This is the period of the Bo Sea last three decades the sea ice disasters more serious through the Bo Sea pack ice, we can predict, in the Bo Sea, the safe navigation of ships, especially the safety of navigation of the ship in the Bo Sea ice is the shipping industry must be highly attention and focus of the problem to be solved. At present, the researches in ice navigation remain mostly in the corresponding navigational safety recommendations. Paper access to a lot of relevant information from the study of the Bo Sea in winter navigation environment Liaodong Bay, Bo Sea, Bo Bay, Laizhou Bay ice conditions, sea ice hazards which affect the voyage the ships sailing in ice area analyzing ship resistance in ice area finds out that boat speed and ice thickness are main reason. In comparison with several estimated formula, we can get the formula of ship resistance in ice area; we can calculate the chars of ship resistance in ice area and obtain ship speed, ice thickness, the curve of ship resistance and analyze the quantitative relationship. The paper synthesizes the role of the wind and flow during the voyage, and make use of the ship forces calculation formula influenced by wind and flow; synthesizing wind, current and ice which influences the ship sailing, Using the related literature abroad describing the force influencing the ship during ice navigation, and concludes that during the ship sailing the force influences the bow and stern is the biggest force, and the stress of the stern of the ship side sometimes greater than the bow; Through researching the asymmetry of the force of ship during ice navigation, analyzing the cause of yawing and grounding when ice navigation. Finally based on the force of ship when by tide态avoiding collision and changing course in channel, sums up the ship in the relevant work should be paid attention to the security matters.
