| Motor is the indispensable power equipment in production of the industry and enterprise,it provides motivation for fan motors, pumps,compressors, machine tools and other various devices,at the same time it is also high energy-consuming equipment,at present ,total installed capacity of the motor in our country has exceeded more than 600,000,000 kilowatts,electric energy consumption of industrial motor can reach 7000-9000 billion kilowatt-hours every year,and accounts for about 80 percent of all industrial total power consumption,accounts for about 70 percent of the national total power consumption,motor’s energy saving system has caused worldwide attention, research shows,using advanced motor’s on-line monitoring technology,it can improve efficiency in industrial electrical system, to reduce pollution and save energy.When the motor is in the normal operation ,it realizes on-line monitoring of motor , this subject develops the online monitoring method of the noninvasive motor efficiency,which realizes the motor parameter monitoring,on the basis of analysis of the motor stator current analysis technique and neural network judging motor’s fault,it puts forward the design scheme of PC monitoring software, to realize the online monitoring of the motor parameters,including power factor, torque and speed.The software builds controling interface by Labview8.5,it writes serial interface communication program by C#,it establishes motor monitoring database by SQL server 2005, with the real-time monitoring of industrial electrical experiments, the monitoring software realize the online monitoring of the motor’s parameters,to analyse scientificly,this system has the advantage of low cost,high precision of monitoring,it is suitable for small and medium-sized motor which is widely used in industrial production. |
