Meanwhile, it requires people in charge of managing and maintaining equipment are more experienced. To efficient and safety production, reducing equipment, especially main equip stop working due to breakdown, is prerequisite to improve economical benefit and social benefit for enterprise. And equip condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology can solve above situation efficiently.Analysis on much related information and the situation of equip condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, it presents that most enterprises perform this system as following, signal analysis on main function, and less or none fault diagnosis. Therefore, equip maintainer and operator are with possession of theory on signal analysis and fault diagnosis, and they can judge the breakdown of equip based on signal analysis. But actually, not all users have excellent knowledge and technique to deal with such problem, which lead to some systems spread difficultly or store at home after purchasing, thus the system can not play a role. Although according to some large enterprises' requirements, a few Universities and Institutes develop signal analysis and fault diagnosis system for one specified equip, it sells with soft-hard-ware together and high prices, common enterprises can not afford it at all. For this reason, this paper will mainly discuss that, based on present state of equip condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, I will develop a system based on virtual equip, which apply to common equip maintainer and operator, with superb functions and suitable price. Moreover, user just know how to use and can operate the system, needn' t know esoteric information about signal analysis and fault diagnosis.This paper mainly discusses the rotor system of motor and research the technique of vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis. Based on working principle of fault diagnosis, the operator can use virtual equips' soft-hard-ware to collect, store and time-frequency domain analyze vibration signal from equip system. On this basis, modality program, is designed in the Windows environment with the visual basic 6.0, visual designing method facing the object adapted. The monitor index of the international or national standard and the modern method of fault diagnosis are realized into the computer automatic discriminating and diagnosis function. Then a program system of work monitoring and typical fault diagnosis about the rotor system of motor is developed with the database skill. This soft ware is well reading and easy to master, for it adapts friendly communicating way, providing guidance and prompt for the user. At the last step, this program system is tested by the typical or standard signal as well as practice. The tests show that the program can effectively monitor the working state of the rotor system of motor and correctly judge and analyze the causes of the motor typical fault.This system can be utilized in the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of Important departments' large-scale motors, for instance, electrical system, oil and chemistry, metallurgy, automobile and the ship manufacturing. If only small modification, it can also apply to wind machine and water pump' s condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. |
