The reasons of causing such a situation are the factories,the cars and theArchitectures.The energy consumed by the buildings every year accounted for about half of theall the energy consumptions.Thus it can be seen that energy conservation in building shave played a significant part in the Energy saving and emission reduction. Hence, theArchitectural design trend such as the ecological building, energy-efficient buildings asone falls another rises in recently years. However, no matter what overclothes put on tothe Architectural design trend, the only one way to achieve building energy efficiencyrequirements is respect for the environment,respect regional characteristics, respect fortradition,and speaking fundamentally is respecting for the change of the climate.The energy-efficient design which is based on the respecting for the change of theclimate need the better grasp of climate and all the local characteristics including thewind, the rain, the ray, the geography and topography etc. Although they have gainedsome understanding about it, it is still difficult for the architects because they oftenhave some perceptual knowgedge. The further development of the energy-efficientdesign need more rational-design method.The development of information and electronic computer technology put on thewings for the architects. Computer Aided Architecture Design (CAD for short)improved the architect’s working efficiency greatly.The development of theanalyzing the application and effect of digital technology is based on the development ofinformation and electronic computer technology and a lot of data, aiming for reducingthe consumption of the human and material resources as much as possible. For now,the digital analyzing softwares which apply to architecture mainly including twocategories: energy consumption simulation and environment simulation. Designarchitecture by analyzing the application and effect of digital technology can canprovide a more scientific tools for the architects mastered the relationship of thebuildings and the environment, and the climate. Consequently, it make the designprocedure become more rational.
