Research On Building Layout Design Strategy Of Residential Cluster Based On Energy Saving And Climate Adaptation In Hot Summer And Cold Winter Zone

In the urban planning design, building layout often craved for the spatial shape and the beauty of form, but had few considerations about the building layout to the construction environment microclimate influence in the past. With the rapid growing of energy consumption of our country, there are more pressures for environment, therefore, it has paid more attention to the urban planning design which aimed at energy saving and climate adaptation. The building layout of residential cluster is the most important parts in the urban planning design, and has close relationship with construction environment energy consumption and urban microclimate, so that the research on building layout design strategy of residential cluster based on energy saving and climate adaptation becomes more necessary.The article took the residential cluster building layout which in hot summer and cold winter zone as the object, and researched the building layout design strategy of residential cluster on energy saving and climate adaptation in the extreme climate condition in summer and winter. First, the article discussed the characteristic of hot summer and cold winter zone and energy saving problem of construction environment, then, elaborated the correlation factors in detail which influence the energy saving and climate adaptation of residential cluster building layout. In the foundation of investigation for Li-fen residence of Wuhan and residential cluster of HUST, the article analyzed the characteristic of planning layout and energy consumption on daylighting﹑shadowing﹑ventilation and wind shelter at traditional settlement and modern settlement, and found the adaptation character of each kind of building layout for climate characteristic of Wuhan. Finally, through the discussion and the summary, and unified the climate character of Wuhan, the article proposed the building layout design strategy of residential cluster based on energy saving and climate adaptation.
