In construction projects,concrete formwork systems play a prominent role nowadays in terms of time,cost and quality.However,formwork construction practices are not isolated to be affected by potential disturbances that can be found through all the phases of the formwork operational flow.This research combines an existing methodology and the risk matrix technique to identify and prioritize a certain number of disturbances encountered along the service flow of an aluminum formwork manufacturing enterprise that are able to cause schedule slippage in a construction project’s life cycle.Monte Carlo simulation was implemented to compute frequencies of these disturbances.The literature review focuses on the interrelation of domains such as project’s schedule overrun,manufacturing,risks factors and risk handling.Appropriate countermeasures to mitigate the impact and occurrence of the risk factors identified in the formwork operations are given in this research.The main benefit of this study has been to find a practical method to be applicable with minimum data to have a diagnosis from the risk analysis of a formwork manufacturing and service enterprise.
