The engagement control of clutch is the key problem to be resolved in theresearch of Automatic transmission. Clutch engaging process often exist in thejudder and synchronization lurch phenomenon, reduce vehicle the ride comfort ofvehicle, but also affects the quality of the clutch engaging the two evaluation index:namely lurch and friction work. In order to realize the stable and quickly vehiclesstart, this paper established the clutch transmission system model, was in the processof clutch engaging judder and synchronization lurch the theory analysis andexperimental tests, main content includes:According to the structure of the vehicle transmission system, this paperestablished the vehicle transmission system dynamic model and equations. For themore convenient research clutch jointing process, in this paper, the system dynamicsequations were equivalent simplification, established the clutch engaging processfriction stage and synchronization phase of the dynamic equation. According to theequation formula, obtained the synchronous point lurch and the friction workevaluation formula, and its influence factors were analyzed. Through theMATLAB/Simulink&simdriveline simulation method established the systemdynamics model, based on analysis found that negative damping is a clutch engagingthe cause of the judder, torque mutation caused the clutch is the cause of the lurch ofsynchronous point. Through the simulation analysis won the clutch engaging judderand synchronization lurch and its influence factors relations. Including clutchengaging stress and load inertia, load torque, friction coefficient and its rate.According to the results of the simulation analysis of the targeted theverification experiment, based on the signal acquisition, Freescale MC9S12DT128output driver and communication program and the control program based ondSPACE were established, application software design Control Desk the clutchengaging experiment interface. Through the experiment test, modify the test benchparameters judder and synchronization simulation lurch factors and changes of drytype clutch engaging judder and synchronization lurch and its influence factors ofthe relationship of experiment, experiment and theory so as to realize the mutualauthentication.In the theoretical analysis and experimental test was put forward on the basis ofthrough the optimization process of clutch engaging judder and synchronizationpoint of lurch factors, realize the clutch, stable and quickly joints, reduce the clutch engaging process judder and synchronization point lurch, and to reduce the processclutch friction work. With this control strategy of development the clutch engagingcontrol experiment to get of the experimental results are analyzed. Through thecontrast experiment analysis data show that this algorithm is of the advantages ofcontrol, In the friction work no obvious increase to solve the clutch engaging processchattering in the impact and synchronization problem and realize the chatteringclutch engaging and synchronous point of impact reasonable control.
