After xiali technical department's examination, matching problem of engine torque and transmission speed does not exist. In order to solve Xiali section 1.3 MT in the process of starting the vehicle with the phenomenon of judder, therefore, Changchun Yidong Clutch Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Xiali company set up a project team.Clutch is an important and indispensable component in automotive parts. Its function is to ensure that the car started smoothly, shift smoothly and manipulate lightly. The performance of the friction plate in clutch effects cars drive system stability and clutch service life directly. So for cars is concerned, the performance of the friction in clutch play a crucial role. The car in starting shift process, this judder phenomenon arise from self-excited vibration between the engine flywheel, platen assembly and cover assembly. This kind of self-excited vibration not only damaged the smoothness in torque transmission, but also greatly reduces the comfort.In the process of clutch friction produce this kind of the phenomenon of self-excitation.This problem mainly have two ways to solve. One method is that adjusting the vibration reduction spring stiffness and damping to improve effeft of vibration reduction.But the influence of clutch to vehicle comfort has another important factor that is taken seriously more and more. It is the clutch friction plate that have not studied comprehensively at home and abroad. Friction coefficient is the most important performance index in friction plate. The friction coefficient is the most important performance index of friction plate, so the influence on the friction coefficient of the transmission jitter is always the problem paid attention to by domestic and overseas scholars. How to select optimally friction coefficient, making transmission jitter minimum, so as to achieve the best of stability and comfort, which have been a problem to be solved.This paper mainly uses LMS.AMESim to build simulate model of transmission system dynamics, analyses the influence on the basis of rotary velocity of friction plate, and carries on the optimization. These process is through the application software AMESim to built transmission system dynamics simulation model. A complex physical system has many parts, and one of them each part can be used as a single, relatively simple subsystems. Therefore, analysing this complex system need to make sure the component part of the system firstly, and make sure each component of the physical attributes. These physical attributes decides the dynamic characteristic of the system. In order to simplify the complicated system integration, AMESim simulation platform provides the user with a simple and easy simulation process. Engineers need to link the various components model that have verified. This platform provide a total analysis of more than 3500 special component model comed from various widely used model field in order to avoid extra modeling work and save time. According to analysis results,we will manufacture prototype model,and test verification by Italian clutch friction performance comprehensive test-bed eventually. |
